All of our watercolor paintings are original, painted here in our studio by Joanne C. Resch. We mat and frame them ourselves. Quality materials are used throughout the process. Each framed painting comes to you ready-to-hang. Unframed, matted paintings are designed to fit into standard size frames. When you buy a painting from us, it's original and unique through and through. If you have something you'd like painted, contact us. We are open to endless possibilities.

~ Our notecards are printed from original paintings by Joanne C. Resch. These 5" x 7" cards are made from 80#, acid free, white watercolor paper accented by a deckled edge and matching envelop. Such high quality material assures not only a vibrant image, but soft textures giving the appearance of an original painting. Each card has the image printed on the front with a blank interior for your own message. The title of the work, year it was painted,and artist name is printed on the back. Each notecard is sold for $3.00. Boxes are available upon request for orders of six or more cards.

It’s not about " the right way" or what "it should look like"….it’s about taking the time to see and experience the simple wonder that surrounds you and allowing that spirit to guide your expression….over an over and over again. Much of watercolor painting is learned by doing, trying, experimenting, and not being afraid of making "mistakes". So-called "mistakes" in watercolor only shed new light and guide you in another direction as you work, therefore nourishing the development of your own style. Adults are invited to paint to the seasons under the
instruction of watercolor artist Joanne C. Resch. Seasonal
beauty and drama will be the inspiration of each six week
session in which a variety of watercolor painting techniques
will be explored. Each class will begin with a 15 minute
demonstration by the artist. Students will then have 2 hours
to work on their own piece. The demo can serve as subject
matter….. each student is also encouraged to bring a
photograph, idea, or object to work from. Individual
attention and guidance will be available throughout the
class time.

CHILDREN ART CLASSES

Each Wednesday children will discover
their creative spirit through a “surprise” art project from
"THE ART BOX." Local artist, Joanne C. Resch, will
lead the adventures! Using a variety of medium, the children
will draw and paint their way through the beauty and drama
of the seasons….autumn, winter, spring, summer!
