Welcome Panel commissioned by the Fort Plain Free Library in 2008 through the New York State Canal Greenway Grant and a Public Library Construction Grant awarded by the New York State Library.

(A journal of watercolor sketches inspired by historical sites throughout the Mohawk Valley with historical notations and quotes from Valley residents complimenting each entry.)

Recipient of a 2008 Individual Artist Grant distributed by the Tri County Arts Council funding artsists in Schoharie, Montgomery and Fulton Counties. It is a Decentralization Grant funded by the New York State Council On The Arts. Joanne received one of only two grants awarded for her journal project.
