Code Of Ethics

We realize that your clock is valuable to you. It may be because of its monetary worth, personal connection or both. Regardless of the reason, you want to be assured that you leave your clock with someone who will care for it as well as you. When you bring your clock to us, it stays with us. We don't send it out for someone else to repair. When you pick your clock up, we will thoroughly go over what we did with the clock, as well as giving you instructions on how to best maintain your clock.

Our pledge to you is:

  • We will not knowingly mislead, deceive or defraud the public.

  • We will not advertise in any manner that is untruthful or misleading.

  • We will not knowingly represent a timepiece to have been overhauled unless it has been properly cleaned and regulated.

  • We will not knowingly represent to the public that certain parts are required for a timepiece which are actually unnecessary in the repair to be performed.

  • We agree that it is unethical to perform any unworkmanlike or unskilled timepiece repairs.

  • We agree to conduct ourselves in our business in such a manner as will reflect credit to ourselves and fellow professionals in the clock industry.
